Ingredients
- 1½ cups soya nuggets, soaked and drained
 - 1 cup green chutney
 - 1 tablespoon oil
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 3-4 green chillies
 - 10-12 curry leaves
 - 2 medium onions, sliced
 - 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
 - 1½ tablespoon coriander powder
 - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
 - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
 - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
 - 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
 - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
 - 1 cup thick yogurt
 - Salt to taste
 - Birds eye chillies for garnish
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add curry leaves and onions and sauté till translucent.
 - Add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, garam masala powder and black pepper powder and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add green chutney, yogurt and salt and mix well. Add soya nuggets and mix well and cook till soya nuggets are done.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with bird’s eye chillies and serve immediately.
