  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, curry leaves, garam masala powder and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
  2. Add red chilli paste and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  4. Add rice flour and mix well. Slide the chicken pieces, a few at a time, into hot oil gently and deep-fry on medium heat till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add garlic, slit green chilli and curry leaves, mix and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Add chicken pieces and chopped green chillies and toss well.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
