Method

  1. Take split skinless green gram in a bowl, add split skinless black gram, coriander leaves, garlic, green chillies, spinach, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  2. Add gram flour and mix well.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip your palms in water, take small portions of the mixture and flatten slightly. Slide them gently into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney.
