Method

  1. Thinly slice potatoes using a slicer and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Preheat the air fryer at 200° C for 5 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, dried mixed herbs, salt and crushed black peppercorns to the potato slices and mix well.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in air fryer basket, fit the basket to the air fryer and air fry for 7 minutes.
  5. Bring the basket out and allow to cool. Air fry the remaining potato slices similarly.
  6. Transfer the crisps into a serving bowl and serve.
