Ingredients
- 2 medium wafer potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- A pinch of crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Thinly slice potatoes using a slicer and transfer into a bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200° C for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil, dried mixed herbs, salt and crushed black peppercorns to the potato slices and mix well.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in air fryer basket, fit the basket to the air fryer and air fry for 7 minutes.
- Bring the basket out and allow to cool. Air fry the remaining potato slices similarly.
- Transfer the crisps into a serving bowl and serve.
