Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cashewnuts and sauté till golden. Drain and set aside on a plate.
  2. Add coconut pieces to the ghee left in the pan and sauté till golden. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add coconut, jaggery and rice flour to the same pan and cook till jaggery melts.
  4. Add milk, green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and cook till mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Add fried cashewnuts and coconut pieces and mix well.
  6. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve warm.
