Ingredients
- ¼ cup raw peanuts
- 10 cashewnuts, halved
- 3 tablespoons roughly chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- Oil for spraying
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup puffed rice (kurmura)
- ½ cup puffed lotus seeds (makhana)
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 150° C for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix raw peanuts, cashewnuts, almonds, raisins and pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Spray some oil over them, add ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon chaat masala powder and ¼ teaspoon salt and mix well.
- Transfer this mixture into air fryer basket lined with a liner, fit it to the air fryer and air fry for 35 minutes.
- Bring the basket out and allow to cool completely in the liner.
- Meanwhile mix puffed rice and lotus seeds in another bowl, spray some oil, add ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon chaat masala and ¼ teaspoon salt and mix well.
- Transfer this mixture into the air fryer basket lined with a liner, fit it to the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes at 150° C.
- Bring the basket out and and allow to cool completely in the liner.
- Transfer both the nuts and puffed rice mixture into a big bowl and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve or store in an air tight container and use as required.
