Ingredients

Method 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 150° C for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix raw peanuts, cashewnuts, almonds, raisins and pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Spray some oil over them, add ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon chaat masala powder and ¼ teaspoon salt and mix well.
  3. Transfer this mixture into air fryer basket lined with a liner, fit it to the air fryer and air fry for 35 minutes.
  4. Bring the basket out and allow to cool completely in the liner.
  5. Meanwhile mix puffed rice and lotus seeds in another bowl, spray some oil, add ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon chaat masala and ¼ teaspoon salt and mix well.
  6. Transfer this mixture into the air fryer basket lined with a liner, fit it to the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes at 150° C.
  7. Bring the basket out and and allow to cool completely in the liner. 
  8. Transfer both the nuts and puffed rice mixture into a big bowl and mix well.
  9. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve or store in an air tight container and use as required.
