Method

  1. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add sweet potato, mix and sauté on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add milk and mix well. Add saffron, mix and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or till the sweet potato is cooked completely.
  3. Add sugar and green cardamom powder, mix well and cook till sugar dissolves.
  4. Add pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts and mix well.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts and serve.
