Ingredients
- ¾ cup raw peanuts
- ¾ cup roughly chopped thick green chillies
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
Method
- Put the peanuts into a small grinder jar and grind coarsely. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
- Put green chillies to the same grinder jar, add salt and grind coarsely.
- Add the ground peanuts, turmeric powder and asafoetida and grind coarsely.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
