Ingredients
- 250 grams baby potatoes, scrubbed and washed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 170° C for 2 minutes.
- Take potatoes in a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder and olive oil and mix well.
- Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, fit it into the fryer and air fry for 17 minutes.
- Remove, smash with a masher, arrange in air fryer basket again, fit it into the fryer and air fry at 200° C for 15 minutes.
- Bring the basket out, transfer the potatoes into a serving bowl and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
