Ingredients
- 8-10 seedless dates, roughly chopped
- 1 cup Pro V Fusion 5 in 1 Energy Trail Mix
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Poppy seeds as required
Method
- Put dates into a grinder jar, add Pro V Fusion 5 in 1 Energy Trail Mix, pumpkin seeds and vanilla essence and grind to coarse mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, divide into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll in poppy seeds and place on a serving plate. Serve.
