Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed lotus seeds
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan on low heat, add ghee, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt and mix well cook for 30 seconds on low heat.
- Add puffed lotus seeds and mix, toss well until everything is well combined. Roast on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or till crisp. Switch the heat off.
- Allow to cool completely and then pack in a tiffin box.
- You can make this in a big batch and store in an air-tight container and pack in a tiffin box whenever you want.
