Ingredients list for Bhaat With Sev
- 3 cups Cooked rice
 - 1/4 cup Sev
 - 1 medium Onion
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 - 4-5 Cloves
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
 - a pinch Asafoetida
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 15-20 Curry leaves
 - 1/2 Carrot cut into small cubes
 - 5-6 French beans cut into small pieces
 - 1/4 cup Green peas
 - to taste Salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1/4 cup Boondi
 - 1 Lemon
 
Method
- Chop onion finely. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cloves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and onion and sauté for ½ minute.
 - Add turmeric powder, curry leaves and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add carrot, French beans and green peas and stir.
 - Add rice, salt, red chilli powder and mix well.
 - Add boondi and juice of a lemon and mix well.
 - Transfer into a serving dish.
 - Sprinkle sev on top and serve hot with chilled yogurt or any raita.
