A simply delicious Maharashtrian dish made with split Bengal gram or chana dal. Usually prepared as tea time snack, it requires minimum efforts but gives 100% satisfaction.
Make kadhi (with onions) and make (batata) vada the usual way. When serving pour kadhi over the vadas, sprinkle sev and enjoy the piping hot Maharashtrian dish.
