Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180° C.
  2. Take refined flour in a parat, add gram flour, powdered sugar, green cardamom powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
  3. Add ghee and knead to smooth dough.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each ball slightly and sprinkle blanched pistachios on top. These are nankhatais.
  5. Arrange the nankhatais in the air fryer basket, fit it into the air fryer and air fry for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Bring the air fryer out and allow to cool. Arrange them in a serving platter and serve.
