Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180° C.
  2. Take butter in a bowl, add condensed milk and beat with an electric beater till light and fluffy.
  3. Sift refined flour, baking powder and baking soda directly into condensed milk mixture and mix with light hands.
  4. Add vanilla essence and milk and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into individual silicone muffin moulds.
  5. Arrange the moulds in the air fryer basket, fit the basket into the fryer and air fry for 8 minutes.
  6. Bring the basket out, allow to cool, demould and arrange on a serving plate. Serve.
