By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Sindhi New Update Main Ingredients Pavs, Oil Cuisine Sindhi,Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 8 pavs 2 tablespoons oil ½ teaspoon cumin seeds ½ inch ginger, chopped 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped ½ cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped 2-3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Fresh coriander sprigs for garnish Tea to serve Method Break pavs into small pieces and put them in a large bowl. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till their colour changes. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add onion, mix and sauté till golden brown. Add tomato, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and mix well. Add salt, mix well, cover and cook till the tomato becomes pulpy. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Add pav pieces and mix well. Add ½ cup water, mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take the pan off the heat.
