Ingredients
- 2 tsps tea leaves
- 8 to 10 green cardamom
- ½ inch cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- 5 to 6 black peppercorn
- 5 to 6 cloves
- ½ inch ginger
- 4 tbsps Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
Method
- Take mixer jar add green cardamom, cinnamon, fennel seed, black peppercorn, cloves, And blend into fine powder. Keep aside.
- Crush ginger in motor pestle.
- Heat the pan on burner add water and bring to boil, add chai patti, add crush ginger
- add sugar and 1 teaspoon blended masala then add milk, bring to boil.
