Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted green gram (ankurit moong)
- ½ cup sprouted brown Bengal gram (ankurit kala chana)
- 100 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 cm cubes
- 2-3 tablespoons roasted peanuts
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ medium raw mango, seeded and chopped
- ½ lemon
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Black salt to taste
Method
- Take sprouted green gram in a bowl, add sprouted brown Bengal gram, cottage cheese, raw mango, tomato, onion and green chillies.
- Squeeze the juice of lemon. Add coriander leaves, salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted peanuts and black salt and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve
