  1. Take sprouted green gram in a bowl, add sprouted brown Bengal gram, cottage cheese, raw mango, tomato, onion and green chillies.
  2. Squeeze the juice of lemon. Add coriander leaves, salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted peanuts and black salt and mix well.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve
