Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add potato sabzi. Crumble cottage cheese and add to the pan. Drizzle sriracha sauce and mix well.
  2. Slice red capsicum and onion.
  3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Add each readymade whole wheat tortilla, one at a time, and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Drizzle some mayonnaise on each tortilla and spread evenly. Place sabzi mixture in the centre and top up with red capsicum and onion slices.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, first roll it in parchment paper and then roll in aluminium foil and serve.
