Sugarcane Hangover Cure

When the hangover is bad, ultimately it is our good old sugarcane juice suffused with indigenous spices that comes to the rescue. This is Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Put black salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and chaat masala in a plate, mix and spread.
  2. Spread honey in a small plate and rim of 3 shot glasses with it. Roll the rim in red chilli powder mixture.
  3. Place ginger in the centre of a piece of muslin cloth, bring the edges together and squeeze to extract the juice directly into a glass. 
  4. Cut lemon into pieces and put into a serving glass. Add ginger juice, black salt and mint leaves and muddle well with a muddler.
  5. Add ice cube and sugarcane juice, cover with another glass and shake well.
  6. Strain into each shot glasses and serve immediately.
