Ingredients
- 200 millilitre sugarcane juice
- Black salt to taste
- Red chilli powder as required
- Black pepper powder as required
- Chaat masala as required
- Honey as required
- ¼ cup grated ginger
- 1 lemon
- 10 -15 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes as required
Method
- Put black salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and chaat masala in a plate, mix and spread.
- Spread honey in a small plate and rim of 3 shot glasses with it. Roll the rim in red chilli powder mixture.
- Place ginger in the centre of a piece of muslin cloth, bring the edges together and squeeze to extract the juice directly into a glass.
- Cut lemon into pieces and put into a serving glass. Add ginger juice, black salt and mint leaves and muddle well with a muddler.
- Add ice cube and sugarcane juice, cover with another glass and shake well.
- Strain into each shot glasses and serve immediately.
