Ingredients

Method

  1. Take paneer in a bowl, add potatoes, foxtail millets, onion, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix well. Add dried mango powder and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape each portion into a ball and slightly flatted to shape it like a tikki. Coat each tikki with barnyard millet flour. 
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan. Place the tikkis in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till evenly golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Arrange the tikkis on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney
