  1. Rinse and pat dry ladies fingers thoroughly. Trim ends and slice lengthwise into 4-6 pieces depending on thickness.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 175° C for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the ladies fingers into a bowl, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, salt, gram flour, rice flour, carom seeds, lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons water and mix gently till all the pieces are coated evenly. Add oil and mix gently again.
  4. Spray some oil in the air fryer basket and spread ladies finger pieces in it in a single layer. Fit the basket to the air fryer and air fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Bring the basket out, shake, spray some more oil, fit the basket into the air fryer again and air fry for another 7 minutes or till crisp. Air fry the remaining pieces similarly.
  6. Bring the basket out, transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
