Air Fried Coconut Shrimps

All shrimp lovers will be delighted to have this delicious dish. Made with shrimps rolled in seasoned refined flour mixture, dipped in spicy egg mixture, rolled in grated coconut and air fried to perfection. Once eaten never forgotten.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Take refined flour in a bowl, add dried mixed herbs, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and onion powder and mix well.
  2. Break egg in another bowl, add milk and hot sauce and whisk well.
  3. Mix coconut and panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 190° C for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Roll shrimps in refine flour mixture, dip in egg mixture and roll in coconut mixture.
  6. Spray some oil in air fryer basket and arrange the shrimps in single layer. Fit the basket into the air fryer and air fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Bring the basket out, flip, fit the basket into the air fryer and air fry for 3-4 minutes more.
  8. Bring the basket out, transfer the shrimps into a serving bowl and serve hot with sweet chilli sauce
