Ingredients list for Masala Scrambled Egg Sliders
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tablespo as required Oil
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger chopped
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 6-8 Buns (pavs)
- 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespo as required Butter
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mustard sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 Cheese slices
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Chop garlic and add to the oil alongwith ginger and sauté till light brown.Add onion, sauté and cook till golden.
- Halve the buns and keep aside.
- Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Slice onion and tomato thinly.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt to the mixture and mix well. Add some water, mix well and cook on high heat for a minute.
- Break eggs in a bowl, add salt and whisk well. Add it to the mixture and mix well.Add butter and mix well.
- Lower heat, chop green chillies, add and mix well. Add chopped coriander and mix well.Switch off the heat and set aside.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Apply butter on the buns from inside and grill till evenly done.
- Combine mustard sauce and tomato ketchup in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the prepared sauce on the grilled buns. Tear lettuce leaves and place on the buns. Top with tomato slice, onion slice, halved cheese slice and prepared egg mixture.
- Serve hot.
