Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Noodles

  • 2 Boneless Chicken
  • 400 grams Noodles boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 small Carrot grated
  • 1/4 small Cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into thin long strips
  • 130 grams Bhuna masala
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens
  • to taste Salt
  • to garnish Lemon wedge
  • to garnish Fresh mint sprigs


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch long and thin pieces, add to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 1 tbsp vinegar.
  3. Cut the onion into thin long strips and add to the pan. Add carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, bhuna masala and mix.
  4. Add noodles, dark soy sauce, remaining vinegar, white pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Roughly chop spring onion greens and add to the noodles. Add salt and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig and serve hot.
