Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
- ½ cup pomegranate pearls fresh
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped + for garnishing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala + for sprinkling
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
- Green chutney as required
- Yogurt as required
- Sev as required
Method
- Put potatoes, onion, green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and peanuts and mix well.
- Put some potato mixture and pomegranate pearls in individual serving bowls. Drizzle some green chutney and yogurt. Sprinkle some chaat masala and some sev. Repeat the process till all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle some more yogurt and green chutney and put some sev on top.
- Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
