Ingredients list for Aloo Anardana Chaat

  • 4 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
  • ½ cup Pomegranate pearls fresh
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped, 1 tablespoon +
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • + for sprinkling Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted peanuts
  • as required Green chutney
  • as required Yogurt
  • as required Sev


  1. Put potatoes, onion, green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and peanuts and mix well.
  2. Put some potato mixture and pomegranate pearls in individual serving bowls. Drizzle some green chutney and yogurt. Sprinkle some chaat masala and some sev. Repeat the process till all ingredients are used.
  3. Drizzle some more yogurt and green chutney and put some sev on top.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
