By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken sausages, Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Sausage Pakora 4 Chicken sausages 2 cups Gram flour (besan) to deep fry Oil 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder a pinch Asafoetida a pinch Baking soda 2 tablespoons Rice flour 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon Coriander powder to sprinkle Chaat masala 1 teaspoon + ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put gram flour, red chilli powder, asafoetida, baking soda, rice flour, coriander leaves, coriander powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Add sufficient water and mix well to make a smooth and thick batter. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. Cut each sausage into three pieces, dip them in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
