Ingredients list for Indian Chicken Bruschetta
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon +
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- ½ Egg beaten
- 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- a few drops Tabasco sauce
- to deep fry Oil
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
Method
- Slice chicken breasts and place in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, 1 teaspoon chopped coriander and egg and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- To make salsa, combine tomatoes, onion, green chillies, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, sugar and Tabasco sauce and mix well. Refrigerate for ½ hour.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Coat marinated chicken slices with breadcrumbs and press well.
- Deep-fry chicken in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
