By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Ginger-garlic paste Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Indian Chicken Bruschetta 2 Boneless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon + 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped ½ Egg beaten 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Sugar a few drops Tabasco sauce to deep fry Oil 1 cup Bread crumbs Method Slice chicken breasts and place in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, 1 teaspoon chopped coriander and egg and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. To make salsa, combine tomatoes, onion, green chillies, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, sugar and Tabasco sauce and mix well. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Coat marinated chicken slices with breadcrumbs and press well. Deep-fry chicken in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
