Ingredients for Farsan Chaat - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Aloo Salli 1/4 cup

  • Aloo bhujiya 1/4 cup

  • Farali Chiwda 1/4 cup

  • Gathiya 1/4 cup

  • Ralami sev 1/4 cup

  • Masala moongphali (peanuts) 1/4 cup

  • Masala chana 1/4 cup

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 medium

  • Raw mango finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Green chillies chopped 1-2

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Dried mango powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon 1/2

Method

Step 1

Take aloo salli in a large bowl, add aloo bhujia, mixed farsan, gathiya, ratlami sev, masala peanuts, masala chana,onion, tomato, raw mango, roasted cumin powder, green chillies, chaat masala, coriander leaves and dried mango powder, Chilli Powder, salt and juice of lemon and mix well.

Step 2

Transfer into paper cones and serve immediately.
