Ingredients list for Air-fried Masala Chana

  • 2 cups Chickpeas boiled in salted water and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Pani Puri Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pani puri masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil


  1. Put salt, chaat masala, pani puri masala and red chilli powder in a bowl and mix well. Add olive oil and chickpeas and mix well.
  2. Place the chickpeas in an air fryer basket and cook at 180º C for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Transfer the masala chana onto a serving plate and serve or store them in an airtight container upto 3 days and serve when required.
