By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Baby potatoes, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chutney Wale Aloo-SK Khazana 16-20 Baby potatoes parboiled and halved without peeling 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Yogurt to taste Salt for garnish White sesame seeds toasted Chutney 1 small bunches Fresh coriander leaves 10-12 Fresh mint leaves 1 Green chilli 4-5 Garlic cloves 1 inch Ginger roughly chopped 1 teaspoon Lemon juice to taste Salt Method To make chutney, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt and some water to a fine paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté for a few seconds. Add potatoes and mix. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and cook for a minute. Add some water, mix, cover and cook till dry. Add 2-3 tablespoons of prepared chutney and mix well. Add garam masala powder and yogurt and mix well. Add salt and mix well.
