By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken on the bone, Salt Cuisine Hyderabadi Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 2 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chicken fry 250 grams Chicken on the bone cut into 1 cm pieces to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste 4 cloves Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Yogurt 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 3 Green chillies slit 1 small Tomato chopped 10-12 Fresh mint leaves chopped 10-12 Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon MSG 2 teaspoons Oil Method Rub salt on the chicken and set aside. In a large bowl mix together ginger paste, garlic, yogurt, soya sauce, green chillies, tomato,mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, MSG and oil. Add the chicken and mix well and set aside for two hours. Add the chicken pieces in a non-stick deep pan and saute for a minute. Cover the pan and cook till the chicken gets cooked.
