Ingredients list for Chicken fry

  • 250 grams Chicken on the bone cut into 1 cm pieces
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 3 Green chillies slit
  • 1 small Tomato chopped
  • 10-12 Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 10-12 Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon MSG
  • 2 teaspoons Oil

Method

  1. Rub salt on the chicken and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix together ginger paste, garlic, yogurt, soya sauce, green chillies, tomato,mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, MSG and oil.
  3. Add the chicken and mix well and set aside for two hours.
  4. Add the chicken pieces in a non-stick deep pan and saute for a minute.
  5. Cover the pan and cook till the chicken gets cooked.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
