Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat a pan, add almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and green cardamoms, mix and roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add saffron, mix and roast for 1 minute on low heat. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and let it cool completely.
  3. Transfer into a grinder jar, add 1 cup almond milk and grind to a fine mixture.
  4. Heat a pan and transfer the ground mixture into it. Add 4 cups almond milk and sugar, stir continuously and let the mixture come to a boil.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a jug and then pour into individual serving glasses, sprinkle saffron strands and serve hot/warm.
