Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  2. Add sprouted green gram and blanch for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and allow to cool.
  3. Cut sweet potato into 1 centimetre pieces. Halve avocado, remove the seed, scoop out the pulp and cut into 1 centimetre pieces.
  4. Transfer blanched sprouted green gram into a bowl. Add avocado, sweet potato, onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt, roasted peanuts, chana jor garam and coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve.
