Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed finger millet (ragi)
  • ¾ cup puffed sorghum (jowar)
  • ¾ cup puffed pearl millet (bajra)
  • ½ cup thin pressed rice (patla poha)
  • ½ cup puffed wheat (gehun)
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 6-8 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 2-3 green chillies, broken into small pieces
  • 10-15 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ cup Pro V Daily Energy Trail Mix

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add puffed finger millet, puffed sorghum, puffed pearl millet, pressed rice and puffed wheat, mix and dry roast on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in the same non-stick pan, add garlic, green chillies and curry leaves, mix and sauté till garlic turns golden brown.
  3. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida and once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add salt, sugar and turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add Pro V Daily Energy Trail Mix and mix well.
  5. Add roasted mixture and sauté on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Set aside to cool down to room temperature, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
