Method

  1. Put peanuts in a strainer and wash 2-3 times. Drain thoroughly and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add coarse red chilli powder, garam masala powder, carom seeds, salt, 1 tablespoon oil, chaat masala, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste to the peanuts and mix well.
  4. Add gram flour and rice flour and toss well. Add 1 tablespoon oil and toss well.
  5. Transfer the peanuts into air fryer basket in single layer, fit the basket into the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes.
  6. Bring the basket out, allow to cool, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
