Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- ½ teaspoon coarse red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ⅛ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ cup gram flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
Method
- Put peanuts in a strainer and wash 2-3 times. Drain thoroughly and transfer into a bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2-3 minutes.
- Add coarse red chilli powder, garam masala powder, carom seeds, salt, 1 tablespoon oil, chaat masala, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste to the peanuts and mix well.
- Add gram flour and rice flour and toss well. Add 1 tablespoon oil and toss well.
- Transfer the peanuts into air fryer basket in single layer, fit the basket into the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes.
- Bring the basket out, allow to cool, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
