Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- ½ inch ginger
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon roasted chana dal
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Black salt to taste
Method
- Put coriander leaves in a blender jar, add mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, roasted chana dal, yogurt and black salt and blend.
- Add ¼ cup water and blend to a fine paste.
- Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve with kebab of your choice.
