Kebab Ki Chutney

This is a chutney that will go well with a lot of snacks be it kebabs or even falafel. Pungent and refreshing with a nutty texture, not only is its colour appealing, the taste is simply irresistible.

Method

  1. Put coriander leaves in a blender jar, add mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, roasted chana dal, yogurt and black salt and blend. 
  2. Add ¼ cup water and blend to a fine paste. 
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve with kebab of your choice.
