- 8 tablespoons peeled and seeded pomelo segments, separated
- 4 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
- ¾ cup sugar

- 2-3 tablespoons sugar syrup
- 4 pinches of salt

- To make each portion, put 1-2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup into each serving glass. Strain a portion of the muddled mixture, add a few ice cubes, a few lemon slices, 2 tablespoons pomelo segments, 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate pearls, sprinkle a few mint leaves, and mix till well combined.
- Add some more ice cubes and top the glass up with drinking soda. Garnish with mint sprig and serve chilled.
