Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Take potatoes in a large bowl, add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, salt, tomato, coriander leaves, mustard oil and lemon juice and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with litti and dal.
