  1. Preheat oven to 180º C 
  2. Chop Pro V Select Whole Natural Almonds finely.
  3. Sift together refined flour, gram flour, ¼ cup powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and green cardamom powder into a bowl.
  4. Add chopped almonds and ghee and mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls, flatten each ball to make a thick disc.
  6. Arrange the discs on a baking tray and place halved almonds on each disc.
  7. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Bring the tray out of the oven and let the nankhatais cool. Store in an airtight container or arrange on a serving plate and serve.
