Ingredients
- For one portion
- 12-15 almonds (badam)
- 6-7 strawberries
- 2 elaichi bananas
- 10-12 pistachios
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup milk
- Blanched and slivered pistachios
Method
- Hull and chop the strawberries.
- Put chopped strawberries in the blender jar.
- Peel and chop the elaichi banana, add to the blander jar alongwith pistachios, almonds, desiccated coconut, honey and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Pour in a tall serving glass and serve garnished with slivered pistachios.
