Ingredients list for Badam Berry Smoothie

  • 48 - 60 Almonds (badam)
  • 24 - 28 Strawberries
  • 8 Elaichi bananas
  • 40 - 48 Pistachious
  • 8 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
  • 8 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 cups Milk
  • as required Pistachios , blanched and slivered

Method

  1. For each portion, hull and chop 6-7 strawberries and put into a blender jar.
  2. Peel and chop 2 elaichi bananas, add to the blander jar along with 10-12 pistachios, 12-15 almonds, 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 cup milk and blend into a smooth mixture.
  3. Make more portions in the same way.
  4. Pour each portion into a tall serving glass and serve garnished with slivered pistachios.
