Ingredients list for Seekh Kebab Masala-SK Khazana
- 5-6 Seekh Kebab cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Large onion finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Medium tomato finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2-3 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Browned onion paste
- 1 tablespoon Cashewnut paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- for garnish Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and onion and sauté till onion turns a golden brown.
- Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomato, mix and sauté till tomato becomes pulpy.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix and sauté till oil separates.
- Add ¼ cup water and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well. Add salt and mix.
- Add browned onion paste and mix well. Add cashewnut paste and mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add ½ cup water and mix. Add seekh kebab pieces, garam masala powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
