Ingredients list for Sausage Pakora
- 4 Chicken sausages
 - 2 cups Gram flour (besan)
 - to deep fry Oil
 - 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - a pinch Asafoetida
 - a pinch Baking soda
 - 2 tablespoons Rice flour
 - 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
 - to sprinkle Chaat masala 1 teaspoon +
 - ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
 - to taste Salt
 
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
 - Put gram flour, red chilli powder, asafoetida, baking soda, rice flour, coriander leaves, coriander powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
 - Add sufficient water and mix well to make a smooth and thick batter. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
 - Cut each sausage into three pieces, dip them in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
