Ingredients list for Mast Mushroom
- 400 grams Mushrooms cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons Cottage Cheese
- 5 Black peppercorns
- 5 Clove
- 1 Green cardamoms
- 1 Stick Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Ginger grated
- 6 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- 2 Green chilli finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 100 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mint leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add black peppercorns, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon and sauté for half minute.
- Add ginger, garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onions and sauté till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook for five to seven minutes or till the tomatoes are soft. Add chillies and salt and sauté for a minute.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add mushrooms, cottage cheese and mix lightly. Add one cup water and bring to boil.
- Sprinkle garam masala powder, lemon juice and mix well. Add butter and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander and mint leaves.
