Ingredients list for Chicken fry
- 250 grams Chicken on the bone cut into 1 cm pieces
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 3 Green chillies slit
- 1 small Tomato chopped
- 10-12 Fresh mint leaves chopped
- 10-12 Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon MSG
- 2 teaspoons Oil
Method
- Rub salt on the chicken and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together ginger paste, garlic, yogurt, soya sauce, green chillies, tomato,mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, MSG and oil.
- Add the chicken and mix well and set aside for two hours.
- Add the chicken pieces in a non-stick deep pan and saute for a minute.
- Cover the pan and cook till the chicken gets cooked.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
