This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Aug 2015 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boondi, Spring onions Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 2 cups boondi 4-5 spring onions, chopped 2 cups yogurt 3 tablespoons gram flour (besan) 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 2 tablespoons oil 4-5 dried red chillies, broken 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 4-5 cloves 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon kasoori methi Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Method Place yogurt in a bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups water and whisk well. Heat oil in a handi. Add red chillies and asafoetida and sauté. Add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns and gram flour mixture and cook on a low heat, stirring continuously, for 4-5 minutes. Add kasoori methi, spring onions and khari boondi and mix well. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
