Babycorn Paneer Drumsticks Spicy cottage cheese and potato mixture wrapped around babycorns and deep fried This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 May 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Babycorn, Cottge cheese (paeer) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Babycorn Paneer Drumsticks 8-10 Babycorn 1 cup Cottge cheese (paeer) , grated 2 medium Potatoes , boiled, peeled and grated 1 small Carrot , finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger , chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic , chopped 2-3 Green chillies , chopped 1 medium Onion , finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon to sprinkle Red chilli sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) 1 tablespo cup Corn flour to taste Salt to deep fry Oil to sprinkle Chaat masala to garnish Red cherry tomatoes to garnish Spring onion flower Method Take cottage cheese in a bowl, add potatoes, carrot, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, red chilli sauce and soy sauce and mix well. Add refined flour, 1 tbsp cornflour and salt and mix well. Cover ¾ of each babycorn with a thick layer of this mixture to form drumsticks. Keep them on a plate and add ½ cup cornflour and coat well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide the babycorn drumsticks into hot oil and deep-fry on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle chaat masala.
