By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed sprouts, Crisp papdis Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sprout Sev Puri - SK Khazana 1 cup Mixed sprouts 32 Crisp papdis Sev fpr sprinkling 2 medium Sweet potatoes boiled and peeled Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon + for sprinkling to taste Salt Chaat masala 1 teaspoon + for sprinkling to taste Black salt (kala namak) as required Onion chopped as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped for drizzling Green chutney for drizzling Date and tamarind chutney for drizzling Red chilli-garlic chutney as required Raw mango chopped as required Tomato chopped as required Beetroot grated for garnish Masal chana dal for garnish Salted peanuts Method Take the sweet potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, 2 tbsps chopped onion, 2 tbsps coriander leaves and mixed sprouts and mix well . Arrange papadis equally on 4 serving plates, top each with some sprout-sweet potato mixture. Drizzle green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, some chaat masala, some red chilli powder, onion, some raw mango, some tomato and some grated beetroot, some masala chana dal, sev, salted peanuts and coriander leaves.
