Ingredients
- 10-12 dried red chillies
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- Oil for applying
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
Method
- Apply some oil on your fingers and remove the seeds of the dried red chillies. Transfer the chillies into a large bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours.
- Drain the soaked chillies and put into a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds and ½ cup water and blend to a fine paste.
- Transfer into a bowl and use as required.
