Along with tea, after school or at a birthday party – snacks are every foodie’s ultimate favourite. Healthy snacking is the best way to satisfy your munchies without the worry of to many added calories.

Ingredients for Sev Khichia Papad - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Khichia Papad 4

  • Potatoes boiled, and peeled 2 medium

  • Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon + for sprinkling

  • Dried mango powder 1/4 teaspoon + for sprinkling

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon + for sprinkling

  • Melted butter as required

  • Onion finely chopped 1

  • Tomato finely chopped 1

  • Raw mango chopped 3-4 tablespoons

  • Roasted peanuts 4-5 tablespoons

  • Masala chana dal 4-5 tablespoons

  • Red chilli Garlic Chutney as required

  • Sweet tamarind chutney as required

  • Green chutney as required

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

  • Sev for garnish

Method

Step 1

Dry roast the papads on direct flame till well done on both the sides.

Step 2

Mash the potatoes into a bowl, add chaat masala powder, dried mango powder and red chilli powder, and mix well.

Step 3

For each portion place 1 papad on a serving plate, keep another plate on it and press slightly so that the papad is broken into pieces. Drizzle a little butter, sprinkle some onion, some tomato, some raw mango, some peanuts, masala chana dal and some potato mixture.

Step 4

Drizzle some red chilli-garlic chutney, some sweet tamarind chutney, some green chutney, sprinkle some chaat masala powder, some red chilli powder and drizzle a little yogurt. Garnish with some coriander leaves, some sev and some chana dal and serve immediately.
